Climate Commissioner: humans just stuff up environments

Tim Flannery’s fellow Climate Commissioner Lesley Hughes does not want us to move to where the rains will be pushed by global warming because we’d just stuff up the environment. Which suggests that she puts the environment above humans.
Sigh. Why don’t pro-human people get a gig as Climate Commisoner?

Tim Flannery gets more sceptical questioning on ABC24 than he would have expected even a year ago. He is confronted with his prediction for Adelaide running out of water, which flummoxes him for a moment – before he hares off on another tack.
But his alarmism is extraordinary. He claims his report embraces the latest IPCC report on extreme weather, when the truth is the IPCC now expresses much more doubt than he does about man’s influence, after all, and especially on cyclones.
He also blames “right wing lunacy” for the fear actually caused by people such as … himself.
Flannery’s usefulness as a Profit of Fear is fast running out.
